Our GIS solution for comprehensive registration and network design of transmission and distribution is highly flexible and configurable according to customers’ business rules.
Key features:
Our solution also provides detailed data modeling, including the network model (network elements, attributes), cartography, relationships (connectivity and linkages) symbols, engineering rules, design and validation, permissions and other settings completely based on parameters in the database without the need to develop modifications to the product code.
It uses its own robust and high-performance geospatial platform that supports large data volume and thousands of concurrent users. The solution has a fully open architecture, storing data with the OGC standard and facilitating access to data from other tools and integration with other enterprise systems.
Our solution supports planning, engineering design, analysis and maintenance of external plant network facilities (outside plant [OSP]) with electrical components, civil and equipment modeling. You can get a full network connectivity from the termination of the substation to the customer's transformer.
Going beyond the traditional GIS, our solution delivers a clear connection network model of infrastructure utilities that can be integrated with other enterprise systems for a complete exchange of corporate information.
The solution facilitates the business process of the design and execution of work orders, mapping, asset management and recordkeeping throughout the system. Engineers update the network model with the modifications as soon as work orders arrive for service provision or change management.
You can assign the network facilities as desired, including compatible unit associations, with an integrated ERP system. All entries validate using the customer's business rules, automatically generating printed reports, bill of materials and cost estimates to support the physical changes.
We offer advanced tools to support all kinds of field inspection, such as inspection works, preventive network inspections for technical and commercial losses management, vegetation and environmental (PCB control, etc.).
Our mobility tool is compatible with any mobile device or mobile operating system and works seamlessly with the corporate database. It gives field users an up-to-date view of the electrical network and network assets information, enabling views of pending areas and places of inspection. The fulfillment of inspection data can be done in connected and disconnected mode.
You can also make changes to the network registration, whether in the graphics or the attributes, intuitively, through a user-friendly interface on a tablet.
We offer a complete solution for network operation and interruptions management that includes all team management functions and the dispatching of work orders in a single, intuitive, functional user environment.
Functioning as a unified environment for the distribution operator, the solution presents a complete view of the real-time network including the following operating functions:
The solution enables users to receive interruption notices (or other emergency notices) from a call center system, interactive voice response (IVR), or other channels, as well as an SMS or customer web portal. It screens notices with an efficient local failure prediction that increases team efficiency and reduces response times, improving customer satisfaction. In addition, the entire history of interruptions, time and attendance information is stored for accounting indicators.
The solution provides a fully integrated mobile application that allows field personnel to automatically receive their dispatched work orders and report their actions and service data. It also provides a map display and networking, access to the event list and a chat with the operator.
By integrating with a supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA, the solution also enables automatic updating of the network device status as well as the transmission of state change or other commands. Additionally, it enables viewing of alarms and tags/locks generated in the system, increasing the productivity of operators.
Through integration with a system of smart meters (AMI/MDM), you can still manually or automatically request to ping meters (a specific meter or meters below a device, or even those linked to an energized section) and view their states, enabling users to discover and validate interruptions even before calling customers.
Our network operation solution provides all the functionality for integrated field force management, including work schedule control, mobile communication for sending and receiving service order data and integration with automatic vehicle location systems.
With a user-friendly and intuitive interface that enables automation of various rules control teams (alarms, automatic recommendation and order, etc.), operators are able to better coordinate a large number of teams simultaneously and more safely and efficiently.
We provide intuitive and feature-rich mobility applications that enable field teams to visualize an easier way to complete their work orders and report the evolution of their work, such as the status (available, scrolling, etc.). The application enables reporting of the completion of the scheduled service or energy recovery, orders of closure of data validation and exchange of messages with the operator, eliminating paper and significantly increasing productivity.
The solution also features optimized scheduling service functions and automatic dispatch of teams, following business rules of each company that considers skills and training of field technicians, the types of vehicles, activity durations, regulatory deadlines, service level agreements, travel times, etc. These functions increase productivity of field staff and maximize the operations’ financial return.
The modules provide a comprehensive analysis of the electrical network (ADMS), and the distribution automation (SCADA) completely integrates with our operational solution for networking and team management.
The ADMS solution offers the functionalities of:
SCADA module highlights:
Our solution has all the features for managing maneuver plans and scheduled shutdowns in the network. It controls the entire plan life cycle from initial development to simulation and analysis, as well as from the generation of a list of affected consumers to notify to plan execution and coordination of the team and post-execution analysis.
The features are fully integrated with the mobility application for field teams, enabling safe and efficient control of the performed maneuvers. Through integration with a SCADA system, we can automate the transmission of operational commands for devices and the locks that take part of the maneuvering plane.
The system also includes tools to detect overlap between planes on the same network segment, enabling the optimization of scheduled shutdowns.
Our operation and outage management solution provides a calculation module complied with the regulations of ANEEL, including:
All indicator data is available on a web portal with graphs and reports to facilitate continuous monitoring.
