Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure is seeking a Software Delivery Project Manager for a permanent full-time role based in our São Paulo, SP office location. Our team is composed of professional sales and services professionals that provide mission-critical and business-critical solutions to governments and service providers for safer communities, better public services and more reliable infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Your Misson:
As a client-facing Project Manager, you will contribute to the ongoing business operations of the company by effectively providing management and leadership to ensure timely and efficient execution of assigned projects and other client services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas of activity related to Hexagon’s Public Safety & Utilities practice:

• Developing, supporting, facilitating and implementing a number of projects of large to moderate size, diversity;
and complexity • Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations;
• Development of project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives;
• Coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership and guidance;
• Reviewing work in progress and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality;
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers;
• Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations;
• Participation in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating Level Of Effort estimates and writing Statement Of Work documents;
• Preparing customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting • Participating in pre-sales activities, including proposal development;

Education Requirements

Your Skills & Experience:
• A degree or diploma in Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline;
• PMP certification;
• Minimum 5 years project management experience deploying large software implementations;
• In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies, preferably for commercial off-theshelf software;
• Knowledge of Public Safety and Utilities industries;
• Experience working in a matrix environment to deliver projects;
• Demonstrated leadership ability, solid facilitation and negotiation skills and the ability to influence change;
• Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings;
• Strong organizational, analytical and planning abilities with a good business sense;
• Advanced to native level of English and Spanish.
